Electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, comprehensive tableware, cutlery and utensils. TV with integrated DVD & freeview, with 2 French doors leading to garden and decking area.

Storage for bikes, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shower Room / Cloakroom:
Shower, toilet and washbasin.

Enclosed south facing rear garden with decked area and lawn. Garden furniture, gas barbeque, chimnea.
